All forms along with a copy of our PLI Insurance, Employers Liability insurance are available for
inspection at any time during the visit
Andy is a very popular speaker and as such works not only in the UK but abroad
StarDome's equipment is fully insured and regularly checked
by qualified electrical engineers and where required is "PAT" tested annually.
StarDome has some clients who book up to 2 years in advance to secure their preferred dates.
Feel free to contact us with your choices of dates and we will endeavor to accommodate you.
For UK National Science Week each year we are usually booked up a year in advance once the dates are announced so make sure you get in quick with your inquiry & booking to secure any

There is a way to check you have !
You will be given a
special booking reference which is only given by us
this means you will get "us" and not another company using the "StarDome" name
We have been in business as
"StarDome"
for more than 30 years!
We also have a "unique to us" StarDome check list and our terms and conditions booking form
will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed.
This way you know and we know it is actually us you are getting and not someone else who sees fit to copy us
OUR PAYMENT TERMS ARE ON THE DAY OF THE VISIT OR AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE
NOTE - if you book StarDome and we arrive to find the hall or room is too small, then you will be liable for
the full invoice amount. Payment is preferred and appreciated on the day of the visit,
where this is not possible you must inform us at the time of booking
YOU MUST ALSO INFORM US IF THE LEA, ACADEMY TRUST or LOCAL AUTHORITY IS PAYING FOR YOUR VISIT
AND SEND US THE CORRECT FORMS TO FILE
PAYMENT IS PREFERRED BY BACS BUT WE ALSO ACCEPT CHEQUES
We can provide you with our National Insurance Number and
Self Employment Number if required at the time of booking
NO VAT IS PAYABLE ON A STARDOME VISIT
If any extra shows are required during the day or in the evening then an additional presentation fee will be charged
StarDome does not "usually" require deposits
or any pre-payment
Number of Shows - Our flexible approach
If you require more than 6 shows in the day please let us know at the time of inquiry/booking and we can discuss further. We know some schools now have 7 classes and its a shame for one or 2 classes to miss out on the
StarDome experience.
We are flexible in our approach in these circumstances.
