FLOWN IN SPACE
Apollo 15 "Flown To The Moon" Union Jack

Of all Space memorabilia, items flown in space are the most sought after. Items flown to the moon on an Apollo mission are even more rare. At StarDome we are proud to have aquired from Al Worden the Apollo 15 Command Module Pilot a symbol of our Country that actually went to the moon in the command module Endeavour in July 1971. This is a very very very rare item. The Flag is signed by Al Worden.

This mission had the very first space traveler from Briton onboard - Helen Sharman from Andrew's home city of Sheffield. The Flag has the Space Station Mir Stamps and is signed by mission members Artsebarsky, Krikalev and Helen Sharman.
The second flag flag was carried into space on board a Soyuz TMA-3 flight in 2003 and spent over 374 days in orbit aboard the International Space Station ISS. The flag was carried by Alexander Kaleri as respect to his crew mate and ISS-8 expedition commander Michael Foale who was born in the UK. It has ISS Stamps and Kaleri's own stamp and is signed by both Kaleri & Foale.
